Shipping & Return Policy


For all pre-orders, please allow a 2-4 week processing time prior to delivery.



All shipments are packed in our personalized signature packaging. All shoes will individually come wrapped in our royal blue organza dust bags. 

PLEASE NOTE: Any order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped out on the next business day, also applies if it is a express order.



All GROUND SHIPPING orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will be shipped out the same day following verification and credit authorization. All orders being placed with NEXT DAY SHIPPING or TWO DAY SHIPPING must be placed before 12:00 pm EST to have your package ship out the same day (no deliveries on weekends or holidays). Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.



Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $50 before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied (customer must select this option at checkout). If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our flat rate ground shipping with cost provided near the end of your purchase (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with USPS.


We do offer International Shipping via FedEx. Please feel free to contact for further questions!



All items on our SALE tab are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All items on our SALE tab are FINAL SALE. All discounted items are also FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our DEALS tab at any time. Any sale or final sale item received for a return or exchange will not be honored. 



IF YOU HAVE A MAJOR SHOE ADDICTION LIKE I DO, NO WORRIES! We accept returns and/or exchanges if the item is in its original condition (no wear & tear) and it also has to be within 10 DAYS of receiving the item.

Once we have received your return and/or exchange package, we will contact you via email within 3-4 business days.

RETURNS: Refunds are credited to the original payment method. We will refund you the item(s) purchase price within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

EXCHANGES: After we have received your returned items for an exchange, we will ship your order within 3 business days for FREE! Any costs associated for returning an item for an exchange is your responsibility!


** Items qualified for returns must be in new and unworn condition and should also be kept in its original packaging. All sales items are nonreturnable, non refundable and nonexchangeable. All exchanges are final. All exchange options are NOT offered for international customers.
